What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Porter position for Shopping Centers in Leesburg and The Villages position at Countryside Property Maintenance?
Cleaning Porters needed for Leesburg and The Villages area's. Must have a smart phone to clock in and out and check work orders. Reliable transportation is a must. We clean parking lots and common areas of shopping centers, so you work outside. Are you an early bird? We start early. Must be able to pass a background check. If you work over 40 hours you will get time and a half. Starting pay is $13.00 an hour. You will be traveling to multiple shopping centers during your shift. You will be going between The Villages, Tavares, and Eustis.
Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: washing windows, changing garbage cans, cleaning dumpster areas, removing cobwebs, cleaning vacant spaces, checking for and reporting any possible liabilities such as potholes and broken car stops, and litter picking.
