What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter (Cleaning) for Daytona - Port Orange Shopping Centers position at Countryside Property Maintenance?
Porter (cleaning outdoors at shopping centers) needed for the Daytona and Port Orange area. This is a part time and pays $14.00 an hour. Must have reliable transportation, a driver's license, and a smart phone to clock in and out. This is an outdoor position. You must also be able to pass a background check. This job is Wednesday through Sunday and 20 to 25 hours per week. This is a morning position.
Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: washing windows, cleaning dumpster areas, removing cobwebs, cleaning vacant spaces, checking for and reporting any possible liabilities such as potholes and broken car stops, and litter picking.
