What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter for Melbourne area position at Countryside Property Maintenance?
Porter needed for the Melbourne, Florida area. Must have a smart phone to clock in and out and check work orders. Must have reliable transportation to get to the shopping center. You must not mind outdoor work and enjoy the heat. We do require a background check.
Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: washing windows, changing garbage can liners, cleaning dumpster areas, removing cobwebs, cleaning vacant spaces, checking for and reporting any possible liabilities such as potholes and broken car stops, and litter picking. Must be dependable and able to work on your own without constant supervision.
