Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Processing:
- Assist with the collection, review, and processing of weekly timesheets.
- Verify accuracy of submitted timesheets and address discrepancies.
- Communicate with aides regarding corrections or additional documentation.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist applicants with the onboarding process, including collecting necessary documents and guiding them through applications.
- Make follow-up calls to aides to complete forms, sign documents, or address outstanding HR requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Office Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for administrative tasks across both offices.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized files for HR and payroll records.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Camden, Clementon, and Pennsauken offices.
