Job Summary
We are looking for a new member for our accounting team. This position will oversee and the daily operations of the accounting department, process accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger postings, supervise staff(of 3), ensuring accurate financial reporting, analyzing financial data and compliance, while providing financial insights to upper management.
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- College degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 or more years experience in a supervisory position
- 2 or more years of extensive experience in processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and general accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- High attention to detail
- Be motivated to learn
