Duties
- Supervise crew and keep crew on task
- Coordinate supply with truck driver, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow.

- Manage schedules using Primavera or similar tools to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in construction management.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
