At County Line Concepts, we offer fast and convenient auto glass services for customers. Our firm has worked beside one of the nation's largest glass replacement companies for over a decade. The Sales and Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers seeking solutions for auto glass damage and ensure quality customer satisfaction with the high-quality auto glass repair and calibration service claims.
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, the main responsibility is to foster strong relationships with not only our customers, but also our clients through the entire insurance claim and sales process. The Sales and Customer Service Representative will also learn all aspects of our business to ensure quality service and attain the knowledge to recognize and pursue new sales opportunities to generate leads directly to our customer base. Within the first year, the Sales and Customer Service Representative will have the opportunity to evolve into a manager or supervisor role if hitting all major KPIs.
What You’ll Learn As A Sales and Customer Service Representative (Auto Glass Campaign):
- Evaluate auto glass damages, file claims, complete sales cycle for any uncovered damages, and cultivate professional relationships with our customers, our partners, and our clients
- Ensure all auto glass repair documentation is filed for accurate insurance claims and monitor the process every step of the way
- Present and explain the benefits of using our client's products and services to create long term customer accounts as well as returning customers
- Master customer service skills and pitch to effectively convey our client's mission and goals with confidence
- Remain current on industry trends and the competitive landscape and relay information back to our Management team to effectively promote our client's products and illustrate the benefits of using their services
- Observe and examine performance data and document progress toward the company goals
Requirements for the Sales and Customer Service Representative (Auto Glass Campaign) position:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Great Communication skills are a must
- Ability to work full time within the office and have reliabe transportation
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn and new skill set
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
