Veterinary technician
We are looking for a pleasant, responsible, friendly veterinary technician who loves what they do! We are a small but busy modern hospital with state of the art equipment practicing a very high level of medicine. Experience in surgery is preferred. We work hard but try to have fun too. Do what you were trained for in veterinary medicine! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to-
- animal handling, restraint, and nursing care
- venipuncture and intravenous catheter placement
- intubation and anesthesia monitoring
- radiography, ultrasound and laser therapy
- client communication
- facility maintenance
- computer and phone skills
- pharmacy
- surgery prep and instrument care
