What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Post-Closing Review Specialist position at COUNTY NATIONAL BANK?
Responsible for completing post-closing quality control documentation reviews for all new commercial loans, ensuring that all required documentation has been completed correctly and adheres to quality standards and Loan Policy requirements.
- Performs a comprehensive review of post-closing loan documents/files. Notifies lenders/credit analysts and loan processors of documentation deficiencies and provides information on required actions necessary to clear deficiencies.

Assists in maintaining tracking system for:
- Loan documentation exceptions, deficiencies and loan policy exceptions; and verifies that corrections have been made as needed.
- Verifies accuracy of data entered into Premier (Core system).
- Respects and maintains strict confidentiality of all information acquired while performing job tasks.
- Maintains regular, on-time attendance.
- Remains current in assigned training and continuing education for designation retention (online, video, in-house emails, telephone seminars, etc.)
- Complies with all regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act and all others specific to their position.
- Performs other various duties as assigned.
CONTACT WITH OTHERS – INTERNAL
- Communicates on a regular basis with Commercial Lenders and support staff.
CONTACT WITH OTHERS – EXTERNAL
- Communicates periodically with clients.
- Communicates periodically with auditors, bank examiners and other bank-related agencies and vendors.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with commercial loan documentation, preferred.
