POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for Accounts Payable, Creating Purchase Orders, Receiving Invoices, Vendor Correspondence, Maintaining Spreadsheets and Scanning documents for Neshaminy Manor. Processing of all Payroll Functions in Kronos timekeeping transmitting to Lawson/Info for the bi-weekly County payroll.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving on all accounts payable invoices for medical/surgical and consumable supplies in Lawson/Info system.
- Corresponding and coordination with vendors for supplies and services, obtaining quotes, product information and handling discrepancies.
- Creation of Purchase orders in Lawson/Infor working in conjunction with the County Purchasing department.
- Posting and maintaining of detailed spreadsheets on all purchases including reconciliation of expenses to the General Ledger.
- Scanning of all invoices for nursing home records for the annual State cost report.
- Prepares and enters weekly and bi-weekly payroll information from timesheets to computer in Kronos, then transmitting to Lawson/Infor.
- Maintains Kronos system, facilitate and implementation of new system modules including test scenarios, researching issues to find solutions and department head/supervisor training.
- Support and development of all modules of Kronos including Advance Scheduler, Super-User interfacing, employee records, modifying personnel profiles and transaction analysis.
- Assist Finance Manager for the quarterly Payroll Based Journal transmission for CMS State reporting.
- Back up to Procurement Administrator with bids, quotes and supplies ordering.
- Business Office related duties such as assisting residents with obtaining trust account monies, back up receptionist and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- High school diploma or equivalent. College Business and Computer courses preferable.
- Knowledge of Kronos Navigator and Classic payroll preparation and various Kronos module applications such as Advanced Scheduler preferable.
- Knowledge of Lawson/Infor purchasing and payroll modules.
- Minimum of five-year computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Office.
- Advanced computer analytical skills utilizing various program applications such as Adobe Reader and Editor, Power Point, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.
- Ability to analyze complex written routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with residents, county employees and general public.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, calculators, scanning devices, etc.
- Confidentiality in all aspects of payroll and in HIPAA compliance.
