Description of essential duties and responsibilities:
· Comes to work on a regular full-time basis
· Carries out daily inspection of facility to ensure it is maintained to the required standards
· Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by collecting and taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces for all areas of the building
· Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and restock disposables (e.g. soap)
· Wipe mirrors and window surfaces
· Cleans building exterior and windows; hallways and restrooms
· Operates buffer, wax stripper, floor scrubber, mop, broom, shampooer and vacuum cleaner
· Reports any needed repairs and major damages to maintenance supervisor
· Distributes and stores supplies in work area
· Maintain outer premises by watering plants, mowing lawn, weed eating, edging and cleaning surfaces.
· Operates central receiving
· Performs other duties as needed
