POSITION SUMMARY:
As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in promoting community pride and environmental stewardship.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Perform regular litter pick-up along designated roads to ensure a clean and attractive appearance.
- Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment, such as trash grabbers, bags, and safety gear.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently cover designated areas and complete tasks within established timeframes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in outdoor environments and alongside traffic.
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or unusual conditions observed during work to supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our organization to the public.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about safety procedures and job-related updates.
- Work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and precipitation.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow guidelines.
