Endpoint Senior Technician (part-time)
Description
A part-time position available for an experienced Endpoint Senior Technician. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to provide high-quality support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
- Perform endpoint asset management, including inventory, procurement, and refresh.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows systems in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating system and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end-users at all levels.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), and basic networking concepts is preferred.
