Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management for helpdesk issues, service requests, and projects as assigned.
- Establish, plan, and coordinate work efforts.
- Provide technical support to project team members.
- Design and implement components required for complex network projects.
- Provide technical direction in one or more areas for the design, development, and implementation of the network infrastructure.
You will install, configure, and maintain our organization's network, reviewing, planning, and evaluating network systems. You will also support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN/WAN, recommending repairs and providing end-user support for all LAN-based applications.
This role involves analyzing network security and recommending, developing, and deploying security measures to protect information against unauthorized intrusion, modification, or loss. You will also analyze WAN functions of organizations, working to develop, improve, maintain, and implement WAN.
