They collaborate with multiple disciplines to design, monitor, and improve processes. The Senior Nutrition Program provides nutritious daily meals countywide for adults age 60 which meet 1/3 of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), served in a social setting at 18 sites and 100 Meals on Wheels routes in local communities throughout the county, or delivered to the residence of homebound adults. Contra Costa Public Health Division’s mission is to promote and protect the health and well-being of the individual, family, and community in Contra Costa County.
