Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Building Services Worker to maintain our apartment buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
As a Building Services Worker, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, as well as assisting with emergency calls.
The ideal candidate will have a valid PA driver's license and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
