The County of Erie Housing Authority is looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment buildings and maintain building grounds year-round.
The successful candidate will have experience in painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair, and be able to receive and carry out written and oral instructions.
This is a full-time position that offers a generous benefit package and requires the ability to be available for emergency calls.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance or construction is preferred, and a valid PA driver's license is required.
