Erie County Housing Authority seeks a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Worker at our Albion Site – Barnett Building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to apartment buildings and grounds.
- Assist with and perform skilled duties in various trades, including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
This is a part-time position requiring 20-30 hours per week. Flexible days and times are available from Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4:30pm. Pay is based on experience.
To be successful, you must have the ability to carry out written and oral instructions. A valid driver's license is also required. Preference is given to candidates with 2 years of maintenance or construction experience.
