We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at the County of Erie Housing Authority.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performing routine maintenance, making repairs, and maintaining apartment buildings and grounds. They will also be able to assist with various skilled duties in the maintenance trade such as painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
This is a part-time position that requires 20-30 hours of work per week, with flexible days and time. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to receive and carry out written and oral instructions.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance or construction is preferred.
