Essential Functions
What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
As a Probation Officer, you will:
- View jail management system for inmates eligible for bail hearings.
- Visit the jail to conduct interviews, complete paperwork, and submit reports to the Commonwealth Attorney and Clerk’s Office.
- Assist at Woodstock Probation Office as needed.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Communicate with court officials, law enforcement, and community agencies.
Typical Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Related educational background and/or work experience in correctional facilities, social work or law enforcement.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have held it for at least 2 years
