What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Social Worker I/II position at County of Jackson, WI?
Under the direction of the Behavioral Health Manager or Children's Support Services Supervisor, or MHP/Clinic Coordinator, the Behavioral Health Social Workers provide a wide variety of social services including, but not limited to: needs assessments, recovery plan development, advocacy, referral to community resources, collaboration with other professionals, and other services as needed for both children and adults with varying disabilities and functioning levels. They provide responsive, courteous, efficient, and culturally sensitive services to County residents and the general public.
