Human Resources Benefits Specialist
Starting Hourly Rate: $24.69-$27.17/hr
Position Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
Are you passionate about people and ready to take your HR career to the next level? McLean County Government is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting employees across our 25 departments.
In this role, you’ll be more than a benefits expert—you’ll be a problem-solver, trusted resource, and will help us build processes to support employee success. Whether you're assisting with benefits, employee onboarding, or processing FMLA requests, your work will make a direct impact on the people who keep our county government running.
