Assists Cooks in preparing meals that are in accordance with the dietary approved menu that are both nutritious and correct to diet. (regular, mechanical soft, puree, etc).
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: One year in institutional food service or long term care industry preferred. Any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, sills and abilities.
CERTIFICATION: ServSafe certified required.A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
