General Summary:
Under the supervision of the Superintendent, prepares and serves meals to residents of Fairview. Establishes food quantities from menus, dietary instructions or standard procedures. Washes dishes and cooking utensils and cleans food service and preparation areas.
Employment Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High School Graduation or equivalent. Six months prior experience working in an institutional food setting is helpful but not required. C.P.R. and First Aid Certification required.
