What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Delivered Meals Driver position at County of Newaygo?
Drivers are responsible for the delivery of meals to Newaygo County seniors. • Deliver meals to clients on a designated route.
• Able to load/unload a vehicle and lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Completes home delivered meals route sheets, signing, and returning of sheets and client donations on a daily basis. Helps with packaging of meals as needed.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license, dependable.
• Must have knowledge of Newaygo County road system, be able to follow directions and provide meal delivery according to route.

All offers of employment are contigent upon ability to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screening which includes marijuana.
• May work a flexible schedule with hours ranging from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
