THE OPPORTUNITY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and configure software robots using Power Automate and UiPath RPA tools. Create automation workflows and scripts and integrate with various systems and applications.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve automation issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions. Ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error. Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Debug and resolve any issues or errors in the automation scripts.
- Deploy and monitor RPA bots in production environments. Ensure that automation processes run smoothly and provide support for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of automation workflows, configurations, and changes. Keep records of bot performance and improvements.
- Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards. Implement best practices for data protection and access control.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using automated processes. Help with any issues or questions related to RPA solutions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field that has provided a sound conceptual understanding of information technology, application development, and programming concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in automating build/test/release processes.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., C#, Python) and understanding of automation frameworks.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C# with a focus on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI and machine learning models. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a deep understanding of algorithms, neural networks, and data structures to create innovative, scalable solutions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Develop and configure software robots using Power Automate, UiPath RPA tools. Create automation workflows, scripts, and integrate with various systems and applications.
- Assess suitability for solutions in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Develop solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft products.
- Develop solutions for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData.
- Design, develop, and customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
- Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint and Power Platform features and functionalities.
- Provide technical advice to team members and customers on best practices for SharePoint Online/Power Platform development.
- Build, program, test, and deploy RPA software solutions using an Agile/DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology.
- Develop solutions in SharePoint Online.
- Develop solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate / Flow, and Power BI).
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and perform work effectively, efficiently, within stated timeframes, and in a professional manner.

- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Body strength sufficient.
- The primary workplace is in an office environment, working with standard office equipment. Peripheral office equipment generates a quiet to moderate noise level
- Operates in an environment that includes elected officials, non-elected officials, government agencies, community interest groups, and the general public.
- Out-of-area travel may be required to attend meetings and professional conferences.
