Job Summary:
Plan and direct transit systems daily operations, including delegating employee workload and conducting performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to improve transit system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of transit staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of transportation services.
Requirements:
- Three years of increasingly responsible journey level experience in transit system operations or a related scheduled transportation activity.
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Additional training in supervision is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
