Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, City & Regional Planning, or a related field. (Job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.) AND
Project Manager II : Two (2) years of project management experience in building or infrastructure design and / or construction management, or work equivalent to Project Manager I.
Project Manager III : Either A : Four (4) years of experience in building or infrastructure design and / or construction management that included at least one year of project management OR B : Two (2) years of experience performing duties equivalent to a Project Manager II.
Knowledge of the following software is preferred : MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), CAD, MS Project, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat.

Pension Benefit and Employee Contribution Rates :
The County's pension is a defined benefit plan that provides a guaranteed monthly pension payment for life based on your time in service, wages, and other factors. The County is the primary contributor to the pension fund, but the health of the pension fund also depends on mandatory employee contributions. Employees are required to pay a percentage of their base pay towards the pension fund, ranging from 5% to 19%. This amount is deducted from your paycheck pre-tax every pay period.
