Under supervision of a licensed physician, in accordance with established protocol, and as allowable under a State of California Nurse Practitioner, performs physical and psycho-social assessments; establishes medical diagnosis; orders and evaluates diagnostic tests; and manages follow-up care.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and experience required to receive and maintain a license to practice as a Registered Nurse and registration as a Nurse Practitioner from the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Licenses and Certificates
Pursuant to Section 2835 of the California Business and Professions Code, possession of a license to practice as a Registered Nurse and registration as a Nurse Practitioner from the California Board of Registered Nursing is required at time of application and must be maintained throughout employment.
