What We Offer
">- A competitive salary range of approximately $211,997.85 - $296,796.99 annually.
- Eligibility to participate in our 401(k) Shared Savings Plan and/or the Section 457 Plan, with up to a 3% match on your 401(k) contributions.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, holidays, and a pension plan.
- A one-time relocation allowance of up to $15,000, as well as an annual or quarterly Pay-for-Performance Plan of up to $25,000.
Requirements
">- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a primary care physician.
- Two (2) years of experience in a leadership position in a primary care health setting.
- A valid license to practice medicine in the State of California.
- The ability to meet the VCMC Medical Staff Credentialing requirements.
