Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct addiction medicine consults and manage patients with substance use disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care
• Participate in care coordination and contribute to patient-centered care strategies
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with medical regulations and clinic policies
Requirements
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
• Degree in Medicine (either Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy)
• At least 3 years of residency training
• Current state medical license and state DEA license
Education/Experience
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
• Degree in Medicine (either Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy)
• At least 3 years of residency training
