What We're Looking For:
Countybank is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to serve as an Electronic Banking Administrator. The Electronic Banking Administrator will report to the Digital Delivery Manager. The associate in this position will be responsible for day-to-day aspects of electronic banking products, ATM and Debit Card systems, and ATMs. This position provides knowledgeable support for all electronic banking systems for all internal and external clients.

What You Can Expect:
- Responsible for day-to-day processing of retail and commercial electronic banking products, including but not limited to, online banking, mobile banking, electronic payments and Telebank. Provides support to internal customers for online banking products and assists Customer Service with the management of external online banking customer requests.
- Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Debit Card systems. Responsibilities include all card maintenance such as orders, deletions and limit changes; reviewing reports and taking appropriate actions; investigating and resolving card issues; managing potential fraud cases; and performing file maintenance and audits.
- Daily balancing of general ledgers related to Electronic Banking services, such as Debit cards and Reg E disputes.
- Operates according to Bank policy and all regulations, including, but not limited to, BSA, Regulation E and other VISA regulations.
- Assists with the accurate and timely completion of quarterly reports to VISA.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities related to ATMs, including, but not limited to, installs/updates and maintenance of all hardware, system maintenance, cash replenishment and delivery. Additionally, maintains good working relationships and rapport with ATM vendors and partners in order to provide timely support and assistance to management with vendor relationships.
- Provides support as needed to maintain uninterrupted service and support for all facets of Electronic Banking.
- Provides support & serves as a backup for the Funds Administrator.
- Performs other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
- Utilizes critical thinking to solve problems, identify opportunities for process improvement and identify potential issues.
- Documents processes and procedures as assigned.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Provide expert services to internal and external customers.
- Personally meet expectations for goal performance, adhering to company policies and procedures, regulations and standards.
- Be an ambassador for the organization in the community by regularly attending company-sponsored events; charitable events; being active in civic organizations and various community initiatives.

Education, Experience and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two plus years related experience in a financial institution, preferably with a background in the operational functions of banking and strong troubleshooting skills; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Abilities and Skills:
- Must possess above-average computer skills with a working knowledge of Windows 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as web browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Good Chrome, and Apple Safari, is required.
- Ability to quickly and accurately resolve ATM, Debit Card and Online Banking issues using established procedures and resources, such as telephone help lines, peers, and reference materials.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to travel, work evenings and weekends as needed, and participate in an on-call support team rotation.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, demonstrating strong self-starting capabilities and the ability to anticipate and accomplish tasks independently.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining flexibility
