## Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The position is a full time office job from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday. Days can potentially run late and the expectation is to stay until the job is done.
##Individual Responsibilities
- Inputting inbound loads into the system
- Running reports and putting together data for upcoming inbound loads
- Investigating discrepancies found on inbound loads
- Assisting with translating instructions to Spanish speaking personnel
##Shared Responsibilities between office clerks
- Answering phone calls
- Checking drivers in and out
- Filing paperwork
- Printing labels for the warehouse staff
- Assisting other clerks
## Experience
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word). We use Excel and Google Sheets a lot. There will be a 10-15 minute excel competency check during the interview.
- Must be organized
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Preferred, but not required - experience using warehouse management systems (SAP, ShipEdge, Scale, etc etc)
- Must be able to type on a keyboard quickly and accurately in order to keep up with workload. A numpad typing test will be given during the interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
