We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Manager to lead our customer communication and brand marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial markets, with the ability to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. This role requires a creative thinker who can help grow our long-term relationships as well as manage our digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Work with existing customer database to improve and enhance relationships. Also, work to expand the database where possible.
- Manage normal website and blog changes/updates. Work with vendors to solve higher level problems.
- Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Be responsible for editing/updating/creating company literature such as brochures, white papers, presentations.
- Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand style guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and other marketing tools like Constant Contact / Mail Chimp, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies, and ability to manage a marketing budget.
- Strong research skills to inform communication strategies and content development.
- Ability to speak directly with customers and prospects on the phone or via email.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and cloud software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
