Courageous Elmhurst is a well known breakfast/coffee/bakery in downtown Elmhurst. We are seeking a dedicated, smart, dynamic individual to lead our small family-like team.
Hours of operation are 7 days a week 7am-3pm so you would start your day as early as 6am and finish at approximately 4pm depending on the schedule. We are looking for someone that is flexible and will be able to work every weekend according to the needs of the business and the team. This is a 40 hour per week position with prioritized two consecutive days off.
You need to be friendly, enjoy building relationships with regular guests, gain repeat clientele by treating everyone that comes in like family. You need to be organized, can multi task and follow through on day to day to tasks and long term goals. You need to lead with kindness and respect but with a firm attention to company policies and procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
- ingredient inventory & ordering
- inventory & ordering of fresh baked goods from sister store
- weekly scheduling within budget and projected sales
- training & motivating team members
- responding to & managing location email
