Job Description

Summary

Courageous Hearts, a Christian-based child care facility, is now hiring full-time lead or assistant teachers. Our center is located in Milton, WI. We are looking for a nurturing, fun, energetic individual. Must have a love for children. Looking for a team player.

Duties

Provide attentive and compassionate care to the children in our center.
Engage the children in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental milestones. Christian curriculum as well as theme based curruculum is used and provided.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children at all times.
Attend to the needs of the children.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, needs and progress.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the well-being of all children in our care.

Requirements

Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a child care setting.

Must pass a fingerprint background check.

Certification in infant CPR, mandated reporter, SIDS.

Excellent communication skills.

Patience, compassion and a genuine love for working with children.

Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks in a fast paced day care environment.
