What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Courageous Home Care?
We are hiring a staffing coordinator for our sister company Vera Loving Care in Grovetown. We are a home care provider seeking a staffing coordinator who is outstanding with written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate will communicate with Members and Caregivers on a daily basis. Other duties may include but are not limited to:
- Planning
- Organizing
- Scheduling our Caregivers with our Members
- Checking on Members Daily
- Documenting
- Making sure that the Caregivers know exactly what is expected of them
- Going over Policy and Procedure with Caregivers
- Rotating Weekends on Call, and to go to a Member's Home if Needed
- Going out to provide Home Care services seven days a week
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling several important tasks. Candidate must also be able to work in a team environment, be punctual, exercise patience and self-control while working under pressure. Attention to detail and high-quality work production is imperative.
Requirements for the job are as follows:
- Current CPR/First Aid and TB Skin Test
- Fingerprint Background Check (Administered through Courageous Home Care)
- Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Technical Skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Microsoft
- Cell Phone
- Internet Skills
- Caregiver Experience
- Must have a working vehicle
It is also great if the candidate is a CNA, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
