Couri Dental Group is accepting applications for an experienced dental office receptionist. Prior experience as a receptionist in a dental office is required to apply. We are seeking applicants that are professional and friendly, eager to learn new concepts and able to multi-task in a fast paced office. Job Description/ Duties
-Greeting patients, updating patient information
-Answering phones, scheduling appointments, able to answer general dental questions
-Calling patients after procedures, detailed documenting, calling patients to keep office appointment schedule filled
-Basic knowledge of dental codes and procedures
-Comfortable contacting insurance companies, updating patient insurance
-Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients, collecting payments
-Preparing treatment plans
-Filing, pulling charts
-Comfortable with learning Eaglesoft dental software
Employment Requirements
-Prior experience as front desk in a dental office
-Detail oriented
-Able to multi-task in a fast paced office
-Professional and courteous to our patients
-Reliable and friendly

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
