What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Contractor Courier Driver's position at Courier Connection?
We are currently contracting Courier drivers for our Savannah Hub. We are looking for the following vehicle types: 26ft/24ft dock high trucks with a working lift gate. This is a 1099 position with weekly settlements.
Work Hours Available: Will be discussed with Operation Manager once approved.
Requirements:
All candidates must be 21 years of age or older, must have 3 years of verified driving history and possess a valid GA Driver’s License.
Department of Motor Vehicle Record 7-year (DMV) Report non-certified on all candidates
This is load/ unload touch freight.
Must have a cell phone to utilize dispatch App.
Insurance limits must be 1million liability and 100k cargo coverage.
Excellent customer service skills.
