What You'll Do
Customer Engineering addresses an exciting range of technical customer needs. This role sits within the Product team and interfaces closely with the Client Solutions and Engineering teams. Customer Engineering covers all aspects of the implementation and customer success for our biopharma clients, including product requirements gathering, configuration of data integrations, product support, and workflow maintenance. Key Responsibilities :
- Partner directly with technical stakeholders at the Customer to understand their data and business logic
Define data required to support business use cases in Courier Health platform
Define business logic necessary to apply to data to correctly load into Courier Health platformValidate that data in Courier Health matches expectations based on Customer systemsWork with Client Solutions team to build out Customer Standard Operating Procedures in Courier Health Platform as WorkflowsSupport technical conversations with Customers around things like enabling SSO, setting up API integrations, etc.Contribute to product support and enhance existing support processes, including through troubleshooting and analysis of customer feedbackAd hoc customer data analysisPropose product improvements and actively support the product development pipeline through collaboration with the Product Management and Engineering teams, and assist with functional acceptance testing.Who You Are
Skills and Knowledge :
Experience with relational databases and data-driven systemsHigh proficiency in SQL (2 years)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and devising solutions for customer workflowsRigorous attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a Customer-facing roleStrong ability to translate end-user functional issues into potential product enhancementsNatural drive to take on challenges independently and to propose and lead improvementsEducation and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any general Engineering field (e.g. Industrial Engineering) or equivalent work experienceAt least 4 years experience working as a data analyst, customer engineer or other similar roleBonus Points
