Key Responsibilities
The Cosmetics Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing the sample room, overseeing product organization and distribution, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to maintain high-quality standards and efficient operations.
Main Accountabilities
- Oversight of product organization and distribution within the sample room.
- Fulfillment of sample room product requests for internal and client projects.
- Prompt response to all requests and ensure on-time delivery.
- Receipt, inspection, and organization of incoming cosmetic samples and packaging components.
- Labeling and preparation of market allocations for newly launching USA collections.
- Monitoring of sample production for internal collections, including support from the Senior Manager.
- Preparation of shipments locally and globally daily.
- Maintenance of an orderly and functional sample room environment.
- Clear and concise written updates on sample statuses for internal teams.
- A strong eye for detail with quality assurance and ability to evaluate samples aesthetically.
