Development Project Team Lead

**Job Summary**

As a Development Project Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams in the transfer of new products into manufacturing. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to minimize their impact on the project timeline and budget.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 4-year degree in a Scientific or Engineering field (Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical) with at least 8 years of experience in the field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
