Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable management experience.
- Minimum 10 years' industry experience.
- Able to demonstrate expertise in fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Leadership: Ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
- Planning: Capable of performing short and long-range planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- At least 3 years of experience managing building services (janitorial).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: Starting at $75,000 annually.
