Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.
- Must be well versed on investor conditions and mortgage documents.
- Must be able to self-research to clear conditions or reach out to appropriate departments for needed documentation.
- Encompass and investor website knowledge preferred.
- Housing loans knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and be able to handle a rolling pipeline of 125 loans.
- Great attitude and communication skills a must.
- Must be a team player.
