**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Development Project Team Lead to oversee cross-functional project teams in the transfer of new products into manufacturing.
This role will serve as project leader and primary point of contact for assigned development projects and customers that are medium to large in scope. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in creating & maintaining project plans, tracking project performance and budget, developing & maintaining project & engineering reports, & communicating routinely on all aspects of projects to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the transfer of products to our manufacturing environment on time.
- Assist the Engineering team with the development of cost-effective, robust, & efficient processes, assembly tools & methods.
- Develop & maintain project & engineering reports.
- Communicate routinely on all aspects of projects to all stakeholders.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-year degree in a Scientific or Engineering field (Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical) with at least 8 years of experience in the field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead & manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & written communication.
