Regional Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in the Jackson, Mississippi area.
Your Role as a Regional Manager:
You will be responsible for managing a B/C Conventional portfolio and motivating a sales team. Additionally, you will create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff, implement a competitive marketing strategy, and work with owners to identify property goals and objectives.
You will also be responsible for implementing effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management. Furthermore, you will work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans, effectively maximize rental income, and ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
You will train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals, maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition, and ensure that established policies and procedures are within the Company's policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage B/C Conventional portfolio and motivate a sales team.

Qualifications:
- Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions.
- Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties.
- Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required.
