The Retail District Director is responsible for the overall customer experience, success, and achievements of their assigned locations and all stated revenue, financial, and team member development goals. This position partners with General Managers, and Location Managers to provide guidance and specific location plans to achieve those goals. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations of assigned locations, including sales, customer service, and team performance.
- Develops and implements plans to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Recruits, trains, and coaches location managers and team members.
- Monitors performance metrics and implements improvements.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintains a safe and positive work environment.
- Communicates effectively with leadership and team members.
- Manages budgets and resources effectively.
- Handles customer and employee relations matters.
