Job Description
As a Regional Property Manager at Course, you will be responsible for managing B/C Conventional portfolios and motivating a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and developing lasting relationships with vendors and staff.
- Implementing a competitive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Working closely with owners to identify property goals and objectives.
- Ensuring effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge on all properties and major competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional appearance and demeanor.
