About the Role
CourseCareers trains hundreds of students online every month, and we’re excited to continue expanding our support for students pursuing careers in IT. We’re looking for experienced IT professionals based in the United States to join us as paid coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in the field.

What We're Looking For
To qualify for this role, you’ll need :
3 years of hands-on experience in IT or a related field, such as network administration, IT support, or cybersecurity.
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Current residence in the United States.
Compensation
Your income as a coach will depend on the time, effort, and quality you bring to your sessions. Here’s what you can expect :
1,000–$2,000 per month with just 2–3 hours of coaching weekly.
Top coaches can earn $5,000–$15,000 monthly as they build their coaching practice.
