Duties

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market presence and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using our software systems.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
